The Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty stands elegantly on the skyline, looking out towards Vembanad Lake and Fort Kochi. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are struck by the view of the waterfront. Its intimidating and awesome Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty dominates the spectacular view as you drive over the narrow bridge from Ernakulam to the island of Bolgatty.

The property’s convenient location provides easy access to the city’s must-see attractions. However, once inside, you’ll notice that nearly the entire island is yours. Spacious rooms, numerous pools, a tennis court, a yoga studio, a large spa, and three restaurants are available. There are plenty of reasons not to leave the house for a few days. We couldn’t get through the entire place in our brief visit and will return for more.

Thai Soul, their Bangkok street-style restaurant, has the spiciest red chili we ever tasted. One of the best Thai foods ever.

On the seventh floor, you have one of the best steaks in town at the Colony Clubhouse and Grill, where the colonial influences of the region inspire all the food.

Experience at Grand Hyatt

This hotel and its staff were outstanding in every way. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were so delicious that we didn’t want to eat anywhere else, which is something we normally do. From the Chefs, who are determined to make your meal an experience and will talk to you about it extensively, to the housekeeping staff, who will take care of your every request, including extra coffee pods, they are all eager to make your visit a memorable one.

The Grand Hyatt Kochi is one of the best travel destinations in Kerala that is perfect for families, friends and weekend getaways.
