The name ‘Lakshadweep’ means one lakh islands literally, it’s an archipelago consisting of 36 islands. It is located off the Kerala coast in the Arabian Sea. They give an immense importance to their natural habitat. Out of the 36 Lakshadweep islands, not all of the islands are inhabited.

The view during the flight is upon on a beautiful turquoise blue sea extended into the deep red of the ocean. The islands and islets of Lakshadweep exert a luxuriant growth of tropical vegetation.

The Local inhabitants are welcoming. Throughout the stay, the hospitality was overwhelming.
How to get to Lakshadweep?

The connectivity to these islands is very limited. But , there are flights from Kochi to reach the islands. The inhabited islands are Kavaratti, Agatti, Amini, Kadmat, Kiltan, Chetlat, Bitra, Andrott, Kalpeni and Minicoy.

What to do in Lakshadweep Islands?

The island is centred around water sports You can indulge in activities like
scuba diving, snorkelling, Parasailing is one of the most thrilling activities that you can enjoy at several places in Lakshadweep, kayaking, sailing, glass bottom boat ride tours, fishing, water skiing and deep-sea fishing. Lakshadweep Islands are a perfect destination to go on a luxury Yacht Cruise. You might also be able to spot exotic fish and turtles while you are out there. Besides giving you the bliss of thrill and adventure, this is one of the most pristine things to do in Lakshadweep.
